Nichols Neal Construction was established in February 2007 as an interior finish construction contractor able to perform quickly and efficiently on permutable jobs and existing space renovations. With the immediate success of the interior finish jobs, Nichols Neal Construction, LLC was able to transform to building substantial one story industrial masonry office warehouse. Today the company is able to stay competitive and active using the best subcontractors and the NN existing labor force. The company provides a range of services and projects from ground-up large industrial buildings to small interior renovations.
Watt Neal
Over 50 years in commercial real estate, first at Adams- Cates Company starting as an industrial real estate broker in March of 1968. Started Wilson Hull & Neal in December, 1972. Specializes in multi-tenant office warehouse development with projects in Buford, Alpharetta, Canton, and Savannah. University of Georgia graduate; National Chairman NAIOP Industrial Development Forum.

Nick Nichols
Extensive experience in commercial and industrial construction management and development. Was with Samples Construction for twelve years and became head field supervisor with Samples prior to forming Nichols Neal Construction, LLC. Graduate of the University of Georgia.
